The staff are very friendly; the owner even spoke English which helped us a lot! The breakfast is good and we were kept warm with a fire in our room with unlimited wood. The room was spacious and the shower was very hot!

Just 3 minutes walk from the rim of the crater! Quilotoa is chilly but the wood fire chimney in the room made a big difference as did the always available hot tea and coffee in the restaurant and hot water in the showers. The breakfast is good and plenty of food to fuel the hike. A lot of people do day trips to Quilotoa but I'd really recommend staying a night or two. Do the walk around crater in the early morning for great views!

The location of the hotel was a short walk to the view spot of Quilotoa. 2 shops nearby to buy snacks, drinks, and basics. The room was nice with a little fireplace which they came and lit for us, comfy bed with warm bedding which we needed. The hotel was nice. The lightbulb didn't work in our room, which we only discovered arriving back in the dark and they transferred us to a different room.
