The location was within walking distance to the centre. It was super quiet at night time (except one person came in very late and decided to do their washing and put music on in an area which made alot of noise for the downstairs rooms). The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot (once I'd asked the lady to show me how to make it hot, because I couldn't make it hot! Technique!). I didn't see the staff around alot but if I needed something then I just sent a text and they responded in a good timeframe. I needed an extra blanket and it was provided quickly. They provided me with information I needed, and kindly took care of my backpack while I went trekking with QuetzalTrekkers for 5 days which was very helpful for me!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating Fully equipped kitchen, with everything needed for cooking Spacious bedroom Comfortable bed Wifi was good enough for me to work online No extra fee for paying by credit card About a 20 minute walk for the Central park, not too far. But has lots of shops to pick up food nearby. Had some hot water for showers, not a lot, but better than other places I've stayed.
