Hotel Overview

Situated on the unspoilt coast 20 minutes down from Livorno, Villa Margherita is surrounded by 4 km² of Mediterranean parkland and offers panoramic views over the sea.
This 19th-century building has numerous terraces where you can take in the views, and outside in the well-kept gardens you will find a large swimming pool (On the date 05 September 2022 the swimming pool will be open only from 8:00 to 18:00. On the date 11 September 2022 the swimming pool will not be available).
Rooms offer modern facilities including free WiFi access and satellite television.
Villa Margherita caters for events and conferences and the hotel’s terrace restaurant is a charming place to enjoy typical Mediterranean and Tuscan specialities. Treat yourself to after-dinner drinks at the villa’s American Bar.
This relaxing setting is perfect for enjoying the sun and the sea or the surrounding nature. Villa Margherita can even offer special discounts on diving courses. For those who want to explore Tuscany, Lucca, Pisa and Volterra are within easy driving distance.
The restaurant of our property is closed in the evening for the dates 11-02-2024 and 18-02-2024 you can't have dinner.

We found Villa easily. Check-in was super easy despite arriving at night. The room was beautiful with sea views. The cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings is great The best thing, without a doubt, apart from the friendliness of the staff and the location, was the restaurant. The food is excellent. My favourite dish was "pasta vongole". We hope to return soon and enjoy the pool and access to the sea.

Beautiful villa, although after we booked not came through that it was under construction due to getting ready for summer it was great . We were only guest's in the hotel family welcomed us with open arms. Food was amazing and we had great company.

What is not to like. The staff, the view, the ocean and the area. And despite my experience below, I will not hesitate to visit this hotel again - BUT, next time I will definitely ask of any planned celebrations or parties before visiting and probably also avoid weekends! Without the weddings, I would have given the Hotel a 9!
