Close to Quepos centre less than 5 minute drive from town. Jorge and Pamela were lovely it was a really stormy night and they were very nice and friendly. Jorge got me milk for my tea which was very kind.

We spent 2 nights at Pura Vida, and we had one of the cabins in the back. Everything was totally laid back, comfortable, and, well, just amazing. The owners welcomed us and set us up in our cabin and with parking and gave us many ideas of what to do and where to park for access to MA Park. It was great to have the common areas to meet people from all over the world and a full kitchen to cook and eat in. I would highly recommend staying here and would book it again on a return visit.

There is much to like!, From the lovely, covered, outdoor kitchen to the setting of the guesthouse so close to nature. We saw 2 scarlet macaws flying over and observed 2 squirrels having breakfast in the tree whilst preparing our own. There is freshly brewed coffee and freshly cut fruit waiting for you in the morning. The owner is knowledgeable about interesting sites in the area and his English infinitely better than our Spanish so communication was made easy for us. The whole feeling is truly one of Pura Vida.

Really great atmosphere. The hosts are wonderful. Woke up to birds in the morning. I loved the upper kitchen and seating area. Jorge had fresh fruit and coffee in the morning for guests. Felt safe too. In fact everywhere I've been in Costa Rica had felt safe. I met some lovely people who were also guests.
