Clean and tidy place away from the crowds in a nice situated area, with a nice little cafe right downstairs in the lobby.

The check in was easy and the staff friendly. Lovely warm room for our 8.50pm arrival on a cold, frosty night. Good location right above Franks Cafe where we were able to have an early breakfast.

Location was great, Frank's Eatery around the corner was so handy for dinner and breakfast plus Frank's Pantry on the ground floor is perfect for breakfast/lunch too. Friendly staff, lovely warm room and very clean. Highly recommend for an overnight stay near the airport or longer as it's close to Queenstown with the option of buses nearby if you don't have a car.
