The room was clean and typical for a hotel stay. However, I found the communication process quite frustrating. A few days before check-in, I received multiple emails asking for details I had already provided through Booking.com. It didn’t make sense to fill out the same information again, especially since they were already contacting me via the same email and phone number. The same happened during check-out — they emailed in the morning asking what time we’d be leaving, even though the standard check-out time is 10am. It all felt a bit pushy and more business-driven than customer-focused. Overall, the stay was fine and the room was clean, but the constant emails and texts were annoying. I wouldn’t return for that reason alone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to checkin early, and the staff was calm and comfortable during a fire alarm. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Awesome view of The Remarkables, had everything we needed in room. Was nice to have cooking facilities. Easy walk or bus from airport, centrally located to supermarket and shops and bus stop close to get into town. Quiet.
