Great experience started at check in with the super friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge and had everything I needed and more! The heater and heated towel rail in the bathroom were especially welcome for me coming from a much warmer climate.

Loved the size of 1 bedroom apartment- heaps of room, full kitchen, with laundry and lounge area. Nice and quiet, barely ran into others at all using the side door to building. Car park was great and free.

good location. 10 minutes walk to CBD. However, to walk back you would have a 5 minutes uphill walk to get back to hotel.

We were originally allocated 9104 but it was very disappointing. We asked for a room change and were given 9308 which was so much better. Thank you so much.
