The view from the room was amazing, snow capped mountains in the background. Room really comfortable and quiet. Nice not to be right in the centre of the shops and the hustle and bustle but a very manageable walk on the lake. Restaurant - great food. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back again!

The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived, then we entered the room and it was immaculate. I had a little 30th birthday wine and a note from the staff which was amazing. The views were fabulous and such a great location and walking distance into town. We loved our stay and were sad to be leaving. Thank you QT for an amazing stay in Queenstown!

Exceptionally clean, great location. Stunning views. Breakfast was superb! Great choices. Stayed for three nights - cost of $1500. Was disappointed to find that we had to pay an additional $105 for three days car parking in the hotel car park. There was also very loud almost “nightclub” type music played in the restaurant at breakfast. More background, gentle music would have been more appropriate.

QT stay in Queenstown was perfect. Great location and stunning views from the room. Interior was quirky with lots of nice touches. Great bathroom and hotel amenities, including an espresso martini making kit…nice touch guys! Requested an early check in and informed them in advance we were celebrating a milestone. We were pleasantly surprised to have a bottle of wine on ice upon arrival to the room.

Good location with great views of the lake & mountains from the restaurant & bars. Comfortable bedrooms & modern spacious bathrooms. Good breakfast, lots of choice & very good omelette station. Dinner in bar was good too.
