Please note that the property is currently refurbishing the interior and exterior of one of their blocks. There may be minor noise disturbances for guests during this time.Please note that there is a non-refundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card.Please note that there is a non-refundable 3.35% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card.A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented upon arrival. Please note that the ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar, and milk; replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder; making beds with existing linen; replacing towels, bath mat, and hand towel; and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. Please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Please be advised that Shores Restaurant & Bar is temporarily closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.Kindly note that Block 3 and Block 4 are currently under construction. Work will be ongoing until approx. 2026.The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is:1) Noise from 8:00 to 17:00, usually Monday-Friday.
2) Visual pollution.
3) Pressure on car parking.
4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property.
5) Shores F&B is closed, and permanent reception is now relocated to temporary reception in Block 1.The Shores Restaurant & Bar, Gym, Sauna, and BBQ facilities are temporarily closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The apartment was beautiful. Had an amazing view and spa pool out on the deck. A bit further out from town but they do have a complementary shuttle which can be used to get you into the city with a short drive. We had a two bedroom apartment with a lovely fireplace with large lounge for relaxing.

We stayed in the 3bdrm penthouse. Even though the building was under construction, We still got to do what we wanted. The staff were very kind. The parking lot was hard to maneuver. However, we got the hang of it. I wouldn't trust taking a longbase vehicle through the parking lot during construction. The view 10/10. The accommodation is 10/10. Parking lot 6/10. Staff 10/10. House keeping 10/10.
