It was lovely and clean, such a comfortable bed. We didn’t meet any staff face to face but communication was great. I messaged to say we were coming in a few hours later them originally expected and they left a light on and turned on the heater for us which was a kind and lovely welcome

Spacious apartment. Lots of natural light, very comfortable living and dining room. The location was fantastic. We were in room 306, so we were in the back apartment block but we had lots of privacy and views over the lake towards the Remarkables. The marina is a short walk and there’s a couple of options for breakfast and dinner.

Easy access to the unit with a code for the door, room was very comfortable and warm. I found the room had very little natural light, which made it feel very dark but overall it was good. The kitchenette area was okay but if you are someone who likes to use your kitchenette area it is very small and does not have a sink so had to use the bathroom sink to wash dishes. Good communications from the hosts and lots of brochures and information on things to do.
