From the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk to our loverly servers in the restaurant, we could not have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. Food was absolutely phenomenal, from the lounge food menu (the milk bread and honey butter is a must!) to the breakfast options! We didn't get a change to try dinner so will have to come back! The facilities were clean and comfortable, the view from the room and balcony of the restaurant were spectacular overlooking the lake and Remarkables, make sure to catch the sunset! Although the view from the hot tub is blocked by the frosted glass due to construction going on around the property, the soak was still a great complimentary experience and hopefully this will be completed when we come back for our next stay!

The rooms were very clean and thoughtfully presented. The views from the Tahuna lake view room was dreamy. Wish I could stay longer.

location was great with great views of the lake and mountains. restaurant. lounge a bar area was well designed and intimate reception was also very well designed. materiality was generally really good and suited the location. Accessible bathroom was well designed for these specific criteria but made the bed space a little small. We were not expecting to get a room of this type but fully understand as it may have been a reduced rate on Booking.com
