Good location and lake view from room balcony was excellent staff was very friendly and breakfast at lambordi restaurant was excellent and lot of parking space and lot of shopping and other restaurants were on walking distance

I stayed in a lake view 1-bed suite that I upgraded to after initially landing in a 1-bed king room that looked out at the concrete road over the entrance, where I could hear traffic and those coming and going from the hotel. The fittings were lovely in all the rooms but as I knew I was going to spend the night in, having a spacious, quiet room with a view of the lake and Remarkables was absolutely worth the upgrade. The staff was extremely efficient in sorting this room. I had not made a dinner booking and when I went to the bar at 5pm the restaurant manager informed me that the only table he had left around 6pm was next to a party of 20. Although I was welcome to it, I think it was very astute of him to raise that as while I never have an issue dining alone, it would be quite tiresome alongside a large, celebrating group. Instead I enjoyed a snack and a couple of glasses of wine at the bar area, enjoying the outlook and ordered dinner in later. All the good was excellent. The bath ritual they have is lovely and while I didn't order in the special pack it inspired me to enjoy a tea in the bath and really relax. I was thrilled to learn my Accor membership meant my valet parking was $30 not $40 for the night. The general vibe of the staff is DELIGHTFUL. In fact I commented to one when I was moving rooms and she said how much she loved coming to work because all her team is so fun and lovely. That was certainly my experience. I also loved the general reception area. It has an old 'hunting lodge' meets contemporary boutique hotel fit out. I think it's a great spot if you're looking for a serene getaway.

The staff were so welcoming and we were beyond thrilled with out room. The two bedroom suite was spacious. Very comfortable sleep.
