Very clean. I bit of construction work happening but limited to daytime. Walking distance to town.

Road side room had good sound proofing to reduce (but not eliminate) traffic noise Walking distance to town centre so save yourself the bother with parking in town and walk.

Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean and spacious. Also, it’s within walking distance to Queenstown Garden. They offer free parking, which is a great benefit for this location
