Please note this property has a strict "No Party Policy".After 10.30pm please move inside from your outside areas to avoid noise disturbing neighbouring guests.Any breach of this could result in a $250 fine per noise complaint and immediate eviction from the property.Please note that the apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. However, daily housekeeping service is available upon request (charges apply).Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card and a 3.50% charge when you pay with American Express.Please note all children and infants must be included in the maximum occupancy of the apartment.Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartments. Charges apply if this rule is not followed.Excessive mess, soiling of the apartment or rubbish left will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.Extra charges will apply if furniture/chattels have been moved around in the apartment to cover time taken to restore the apartment.Please respect our property and apartments, do not damage anything or take anything that is not yours or you will be charged for it.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Clean, well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay including a full kitchen which made cooking a breeze. It’s also very close to town which meant we were able to walk in for eating and activities without the hassle of parking our car. And Marama was a star - kept in contact and very pleasant to deal with.

Don't let the exterior fool you - comfy,spacious and very clean...close to everything and honestly you couldn't hear anything from the outside once doors windows were shut.Great value for money.Stayed at the Hilton on this trip also- facilities were 100 times better condition at Cranbury Court!

Good location, a short walk into town, but there was no issue with noise. We received an email to inform us of where to park and how to access the key using a dropbox. We had a two room apartment for 4 people. The facilities were OK, a little tired, maybe, as they are older apartments compared to some others nearby.
