WE got lucky with a great clean upstairs room with a view. The location was excellent, pretty close to town with a bit of a hill to climb. We eventually found the best way to walk home that wasn't so taxing! great that we managed to get a carpark.

Staff were friendly. View from my room was beautiful and not too far from the main hub of Queenstown, plenty of space with separate living, bedroom and bathroom. I definitely would stay there again.
