Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Guests are asked to inform staff in advance if their arrival is later than 19:00 on the day of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that there is no campervan access at Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay, however parking is available nearby and a reservation is required.All apartments are split-level and feature stairs.Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Stunning views over the lake from both the livingand bed rooms.. Easy walk into the city. Beautiful apartment, masses of space, everything you could possibly want including dishwasher, washer/dryer and BBQ.
