This is a clean and well-organized hotel with modern facilities. The lobby is very comfortable, with a cozy couch area. The lower lobby also has couches and tables with power outlets, making it a great spot for working or relaxing. There is always free hot coffee and both hot and cold water available in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers a fitness room and a laundry room for guests' convenience. The room was comfortable and spacious, featuring a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. I especially appreciated the layout and proportions of the kitchen space—it was very pleasant to use. You can also go up to the rooftop to enjoy the view. The hotel breakfast was excellent, very filling and satisfying!

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Large rooms, excellent showers, clean hotel, free tea coffee and water in the lobby, all friendly helpful staff (especially Stanley), left luggage, no wait for lifts, 12 mid day check out, rooftop area. Only 15 to 20 mins on subway into Manhattan on the F line.
