I liked the value for the price we paid. The rooms were clean. Close to many restaurants and grocery store.

A couple of the staff were happy to help when I needed something. The girl on the front desk had limited English and was reasonably polite, but was quite abrupt and I wouldn't call her friendly. It's not too far from Laguardia and there is a big supermarket and food places close by. Got in late and only stayed till the early morning, but there is a bus stop to somewhere right out the front. Didn't have breakfast but it looks like some packet cereals and not sure what else (served in the tiny Lobby). Room did have a fridge. Very small room but clean. AC was good.

Although the rooms are small it is enough for a couple, the bed and bathroom are spacious and comfortable, you can tell that there is a good cleaning, for the price it is perfect, transportation is very easy between the hotel and the city, excellent if you want to pay something cheap just to sleep while you spend a few days in NY.

The motel is very clean and has all the necessary facilities for a motel. The location is excellent with a bus stop in front of the motel. The motel is under new management and is now offering a free breakfast. Not much there and needs to be improved.
