The hotel is very accommodating. The check-in starts at 3pm, but we arrived around 12:30pm. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and even upgraded our room into a bigger one since the room I booked is not ready yet. The hotel has a complimentary free hot drinks in the foyer area and also has a mini grocery store just in case you need food/drinks without needing to buy outside. The housekeeping team were brilliant and helpful. And the hotel has this nice smell, too. They also allowed us to leave our luggages after we checked out since our flight was late in the evening. Thank you very much.

Nice room and facilities ie hot coffee and shop in lobby Only suggestion would be a bench outside in the smokers area for us filthy smokers.

It's in an "industrial" area, an empty place 20 min walk from subway, no shops, no eating facilities. Besides that the E line was great to reach all highlights and also JFK airport. The hotel gave a plan of eating facilities at 20 min walk.

Relatively good location, if we look for similar options, and proximity from Manhattan this is a good choice. Very confortable beds and the staff was superb. Relatively easy to get in/out of the Hotel one line and you're in 42-Grand Central.

Very friendly staff.Cleaning was top notch(Daily).The rooms had a fridge in it which from my experience is rare in NY and I had a separate storage room in the room I was moved too when the first one did not work out for me.The bathrooms were excellent for me.

Close enough to subway and only a couple of stations from Grand Central, microwave, tea & coffee available 24/7, no problem to arrange a late check out (1 hour), a room for storing bags after check out, foc. Breakfast tasty, big enough to last until lunch 😉 Wonderful and helpful staff. Target supermarket is in the neighbourhood.

Great location for exploring the city, warm comfortable rooms with great facilities. Didn’t experience any issues around the hotel and the walk to the metro was only 10 mins. Would stay there again

24/7 reception was a big plus, I got sick on my last day and they lent us thermometer and there was possibility to buy painkillers downstairs by the reception. About 10min walk to metro nr.7 or the other way 15min to the blue line. It was clean and pleasant.
