They upgraded us to a big room; bed was soft but overall everything was excellent. Due to renovations breakfast was served in hotel bar ( continental) or down the street at a cafe( hot) and both were very good. The hotel bar is very comfortable and relaxing space for a drink in the evening.

Good breakfast in Louise restaurant nearby was included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the old Quebec city in the walking distance to the Funiculaire.
