The location is great, and communication with the hotel manager was very fast and clear, even though it was virtual. The room was clean and warm.

The room was very clean and warm, with plenty of hot water. We had asked the hotel in advance to prepare a sofa bed, and everything was ready when we checked in, even allowing us to enter the room early.
