This property does not have an elevator.The reception desk closes at 19:00 and guests must contact the property if needing a later check-in.Please note that a deposit is automatically taken when the reservation is confirmed. This deposit is equivalent to the first night and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellaiton policy. The rest of the payment will be taken 2 days before the arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk from Chateau Frontenac. There are many different cafés on the street where it is located, so one can easily find a dining place without going too far.

The rooms were very large. The beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Views of the city were nice. Very nice common area.
