Great room but the standout feature was the staff - from the time we arrived (too early) to checking in and checking out staff were outstanding - special mention to staff on at 11.00am and 3.00pm on Saturday 2nd May - a credit to the hotel. And extra special mention to Irving the maintenance guy who saved us with our damaged luggage - thanks so much.

Location was great for me. Bed was comfy. Wifi worked perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
