The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. And of course the location was perfect.

The hotel was very conveniently located in Old Quebec City close to many restaurants and sights. We were able to drop our luggage off and returned after a day of sightseeing to find it already in our room. That was a nice surprise! The Tourism Office is located on the first floor of the building for those requiring information. The room was cleanly and well appointed. If you are driving, I would recommend pre-booking a parking space in the city, and walking or taking a cab to the hotel. Its a little stressful driving in the old town

Great location in city centre. (Tourist centre on ground floor, very helpful staff there) Nice room and helpful staff. But bed and pillow a bit too soft for me.

Location! Location! Location! This was unbelievably near the heart of old Quebec. With a lane full of amazing restaurants right next to it, I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for convenience,
