We spent one night at Loft 35 in Cagliari. We regret that we could not stay longer. Very nice flat, beautifully designed and equipped. Parking space in the courtyard, a very important element in a crowded city. Above all, a very warm welcome by Luis and her husband. Great couple very helpful and open to any help. I would highly recommend this place.

The location, the well equipped kitchen, everything was clean, tidy. The private parking right at the front door. The host is kind and available during all your stay.

My recent stay at Efisio and Luisa's tiny duplex apartment was just a one-night stay. This charming space, perfect for couples or solo travellers, radiates warmth and hospitality, largely thanks to the super kindness of the hosts themselves. Efisio and Luisa went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. The apartment's layout is ingeniously designed to maximize space without sacrificing comfort. The duplex style is unique, with a cozy double bed nestled on the first story. Be prepared for that; in most cases, the matrasses are very soft for foreigners here in Italy. Despite its compact size, the apartment does not feel cramped. Instead, it's impeccably clean and imbued with a very good atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The little terrace is an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, providing a slice of tranquility in the urban environment. Additionally, the availability of a private parking place in the backyard is a significant plus, ensuring that guests don't have to worry about the hassle of street parking. It's worth noting that during my stay, the WiFi was not operational, which might be a consideration for those who require an internet connection for work or entertainment. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. Location-wise, the apartment is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from the centre, making it easy to explore the local sights, dine out, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. In conclusion, Efisio and Luisa's tiny duplex apartment is a testament to the idea that great things come in small packages. It offers a unique, clean, and comfortable stay with the added benefits of wonderful hosts, a serene terrace, and hassle-free parking.
