Really nice. Modern. Quiet. Clean. Well equipped. Good location near supermarkets and buses. If the apartment had wifi it would be perfect.

Sergio is the best host you could ask for so friendly always willing to help you in any way possible gave us great recommendations on places to visit during our stay, the apartment was absolutely amazing had everything we needed and was so clean! the bed was so comfortable! I would definitely stay here again without a doubt, great location too !poetto beach very close if your staying in cagliari Sergios place is the best 👌 Grazie Mille Sergio 😎

This apartment is very comfortable and modern. There is everything you need for life. In addition, a very large terrace. There are shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. There are also bus stops nearby and lines connect you with the entire area. The owner, Sergio, is very nice and polite and also very helpful. I recommend this accommodation.

Great apartment, very clean and has everything for a long stay. Great communication with the host, quick responses. If you have a car, there's a garage which is amazing. If you don't have a car, going to the beach by bus is no problem, took us 15 mins appx. Note it's not possible to walk there the way google shows.
