Owners were there to greet us .They were very friendly and helpful and easily available for communication, giving us ideas on restaurants and where to park in Cagliari. They obviously take great pride in providing a newly refurbished apt which was very clean and comfortable.The apt was quiet and it had big double bed that was very comfortable and also a sofa bed if needed. There is also a terrace although we didn’t use it. Owners live next door and readily available for any needsThe air conditioning units worked perfectly and were quiet. We only stayed one night as we flew home the next day. Parking in the street. Would definitely return should we go to Calglairi again.

An excellent apartment equipped with everything, spacious terrace, washing machine, excellent air conditioning, nice kitchen, very comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful owner who lives next door. Free parking, good restaurants in the area. The pizzeria is 50m away, the carbonara was our favorite.

Apartment with very good new renovation and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a new gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a washing machine and hairdryer. The bedroom has a bed with very comfortable mattresses and new bed linen. There is an iron. On the terrace there are beach beds and a beach umbrella (the owner allows you to take an umbrella to the beach). The very hospitable hosts Cartune and Clara treated us upon arrival and during our stay, gave up a parking space closer to the apartment, and gave useful advice on beaches and restaurants. We felt welcome. It was very nice to be there. We can safely recommend it - a new, very clean apartment with hospitable hosts.
