The apartment is compact but very well equipped with modern facilities. The owners were very helpful and provided lots of useful information about the area and local events. The neighbourhood is quiet and on-street parking wasn't an issue. Cagliari city centre, Poetto beach and the lagoons of Molentargius Natural Park are all easily accessible via the frequent local buses.

Owners were there to greet us .They were very friendly and helpful and easily available for communication, giving us ideas on restaurants and where to park in Cagliari. They obviously take great pride in providing a newly refurbished apt which was very clean and comfortable.The apt was quiet and it had big double bed that was very comfortable and also a sofa bed if needed. There is also a terrace although we didn’t use it. Owners live next door and readily available for any needsThe air conditioning units worked perfectly and were quiet. We only stayed one night as we flew home the next day. Parking in the street. Would definitely return should we go to Calglairi again.

An excellent apartment equipped with everything, spacious terrace, washing machine, excellent air conditioning, nice kitchen, very comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful owner who lives next door. Free parking, good restaurants in the area. The pizzeria is 50m away, the carbonara was our favorite.
