EVERYTHING!!! The apartment itself is beautiful, equipped with anything you can possibly imagine. They even have a fully professional hairdryer (even better than mine!), a washing machine, they provide you with beach towels, and a safe to store your most precious belongings, 2 tv sets one in the main bedroom and another one in the spare bedroom/living room. The host even greeted us with a couple of bottles of water, biscuits, pasta, tomato sauce.. the little things that make the stay impeccable. There is a tiny garden surrounding the entrance (accessible only to those who rent the apartment) with a table + chairs, an external sofa, and 2 sun beds. If renting a car there is also your personal drive-in space. The apartment is literally 5 mins drive to Poetto Beach whilst there are 3 different bus stops at 2/3 mins walk from the residence) To make it even better the host is SUPER HELPFUL and we would text him for help/advice at any time and would respond in a matter of seconds. For those of you who may be put off by the apartment being on the ground floor (I was skeptical about it) do not worry, it's very very safe and gated, with no chance of having any intruders + it's an EXTREMELY SAFE area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
