The best equipped apartment we have ever been in: beach umbrellas and beach mattresses, washing machine, all bathroom cleaning and accessories, air conditioning and well-insulated shutters in every room, kitchen with everything you need. Sleeps up to 5 people. The Old Town and the fantastic beaches are easily accessible by public transport, huge grocery stores are a 10-minute walk away. 11 points would be enough. Thank you!

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) traveling by car. The apartment is beautifully furnished and located in a residential building. The host was very friendly – he met us at the entrance, handed us the keys, and gave us a tour of the apartment. Everything is newly and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials provided – even beach umbrellas! The apartment is very well designed – each room has its own private balcony, and there is air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus during the hot days. The children’s room has a bunk bed and is separate from the master bedroom. The location is good. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy, and other amenities nearby. We drove to the beach – it takes just over 5 minutes by car. Walking to the beach might be a bit far, around 30 minutes on foot. The center of Cagliari is about 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, so it’s not too far. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it. This apartment is easily a 10/10!

Clean, modern. Delicious fruit in the welcome basket. Close to bus stops. And easy to get to the beaches.
