Hotel was fine but we believe they overcharged us as when we were leaving (and the taxi was waiting) they said we hadn't paid an early check in fee which we felt showed clearly on an invoice as paid. we didn't have the language or the time to argue the case and paid it in cash.

We have been lucky staying on the ninth floor with amazing views from our bed, and with a smart TV (which I heard is not always the case for every room) very comfortable bed, friendly staff, amazing breakfast bar

Great location, right at the city center. Rooms are well equipped, with a big TV. Breakfast is quite yummy.

We went here from Da Nang for a visa run to Lao Bao before we went to Phong Nha caves. Comfortable beds, spacious and food was good. There is a gym and pool. The hotel staff are excellent. The hotel is near the bus station and train station. You can walk if it isn't hot outside. The metered taxi from the train to the hotel is only 50,000 VND but they may ask for 100,000k. I gave a 50k tip to the honest drivers.
