We recieved a very warm welcome from Muhammadayubxon on arrival and he continued to look after us during our 3 night stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and spacious with a very large and comfortable bed..not too hard like many we had slept on. Hotel serves a good breakfast and has a lovely garden and pool. We ate lunch and dinner and both were delicious. Muhammadayubxon arranged a fabulous tour for us and 2 other guests to Rishtan and Margilon, including 3 ceramic places and 2 silk places. We also had lunch at a local Samsa restaurant and excellent plov in Kokand at the end of the day.. arrived day to remember. We highly recommend this hotel and it's lovely staff.

We were looked after very well by attentive and welcoming staff, who were helpful throughout our entire stay. The room looked out over peaceful gardens. The food was really tasty amd well presented.

The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were so kind to let us change and even upgrade the room for free, because the room we were first assigned was near the reception and we could hear some noises. Rooms are very clean
