A massive thank you to Nikos for a perfect stay. He made sure that we felt welcome and at home. The apartment was perfect. Quiet and clean. The kitchen was new and well-equipped so we could cook at home as well as eat out. The view of the sunset from our apartment was amazing. We were lucky to be on the edge of Pyrgos; just a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful village, but quiet enough to have complete rest. Pyrgos is very very beautiful and has lots of restaurants, cafes, shops. It is wonderful to walk around and explore. The locals were warm and welcoming to tourists. Because is is higher up, it was always cool and comfortable at night (much muggier in Kamari for example). We had a rental car and found it easy to visit every part of the island; 10 mins to the beach, 25 mins to Oia for example. Nikos was available whenever I had a question. He told us about the local area and answered all our questions about Santorini. Thank you for a beautiful week on your island!

We stayed three days at Aroma Cavas and wished we had more. The apartment in Pyrgos is stylish, quiet, and perfectly located to explore Santorini without the crowds. Nikos is a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great local tips. Everything was spotless and well set up. Pyrgos has charm and calm, a great base for the island. We’ll be back, and for longer next time.
