Idylic. The cottage has been renovated to an exceptional standard. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and stylish without losing the character of the building. Everything has been thought out beautifully, down to the lighting and the cottage flowers planted around the outside garden. The fresh bouquet and jar of dog treats in the kitchen were a lovely touch. The hosts, Chris and Alison, were kind, welcoming, and not intrusive, but on hand should we have needed them. The hot tub was clean and fabulous - the outdoor courtyard in which it's situated is the perfect place to relax and listen to the bird song. They have really thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible - even providing dog towels and throws. A true home from home. The perfect location to explore the peninsula. I could go on and on about this wonderful place. If you don't visit here, you really are missing out.

The general location in a beautiful rural setting and off the beaten path. Attention to detail, quality of fixtures and fittings, hot tub, outdoor seating and garden areas. All your wants and needs were catered for over and above what you would anticipate. Lovely welcome pack and fresh flowers. The hosts were very welcoming and approachable. Lots of information about the local area, places to visit and eat which was invaluable. A real home from home feel and everything put together with such love and care and befitting the cottages location. It made for a wonderful base to venture out from but also made for a welcoming return at the end of a busy day exploring.
