We have spent 2 nights at Titili Plaza and it was nice. The bedroom was big and clean, as well as the bathroom. It's possible to order food to eat in the room (there is a small table and chairs) for both lunch and dinner, at a cheap price, that was very convenient! The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quite far from the city, but we walked (we like walking) and it was okay. But it's only 15min away from Puri Beach, where you can find all the restaurants and coffee places. The hotel is in a quiet street, so no noise at night :) We recommend staying there if you visit Puri and want to be close to the beach in a quiet environment. Also, the wifi works very well.
