Breakfast was very good. Easy location to get to. Hotel was very interesting with the pirate theme. Room was very private with a nice view of the water through some trees.

You get really into the pirate vibe in this amazing place. It’s a work of art! You can’t stop looking around to spot nice decorations. The food was fresh and delicious and full of taste!

Travis is amazing! What an outstanding host! We spent the day on the boat with him - visited the prison and ate at a floating restaurant! Unbelievable experience! Very nice set up - pirates it is! Spacious room Right next to the ferry

YES, you must go there. Great place with lots of activities. Travis took us out in the nice old life boat 'Nicoya Queen'. Went to the prisoner island and Travis made the best lobster we've ever had. Thanks :) The breakfast is excellent. Nice traditional Tico breakfast or best: Travis' special egg benedict! Not to forget: You can also borrow canoes and go on a trip yourself. Thanks to Travis and his staff at La Perla Nigro :) Annett & Søren, Denmark
