Even if you dont speak Spanish, Carlos is a great host, and you can somehow communicate with him. He works in nearby SPAR market and that is where you will probably get the keys to the house. He lives 50m from property and is very helpful. The house is well equiped and very very private. There is inside and outiside kitchen, 2 TVs, very FAST 300mbit internet, comfortable bed... everything you need. The pool is quite a good size: 6-7m x 2,5m x 1,25m and the water is warm enough to stay inside for at least 15 minutes. Next to the pool there is a beautiful garden with mini lemons, red tangerine (so tasty) and lots of flowers... Everything in this place is perfect... maybe too good, since you will not want to leave this place to see the rest of the island. :)
