We were a bit hesitant booking this property because it had very few reviews and the location did not seem great, but the price was very good and having the ocean at the window was really appealing. The property turned out to be great, just as in the pictures, clean and completely bug free which was a big fear after reading tens of reviews of properties in Tenerife. It was very quiet, with only the waves of the ocean to fall asleep to, if you choose to keep the windows open during the night. Also the location is perfect when visiting the northern part of the island, being in the middle of Santa Cruz, Puerto Cruz, San Cristobal and close to Anagua and the roads are great all around. Parking was not an issue as we would always find a free parking spot next to the building's entrance.

The owner was very kind and helpful for whole time. Gave us tips for hikes, and entertainment. View from the apartement is astonishing. You can see ocean infront of you, mountains on your left and beautiful highest mountain of the island, the El Teide on the horizon. Its situated in very quiet place so you cant hear any cars or any unpleasent noise. Apartment had everything we needed. Pool is cleared twice per weekend and they start early in the morning so when you woke up, its beign filled again most of the time. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. When we arrived it was very clean. The communication with host was very good, whenever there were issues they replied immediately. It was a bit too warm inside, but we prefer it more chilly in general. Amazing view on the ocean! Calming & beautiful. Unique experience. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
