Omg the resort is lovely, you feel like a queen from the beginning. They take your bag to your room and you can call when you are leaving for collection and also provide you with the best for you to feel like queen. The walking areas are well maintained and the reception is impressive. They have a mini shuttle bus that is working almost all day, it is nice because you can enjoy the views while you are in the shuttle an also get to your room. Also, they entertainment team is amazing, I was impressed with the energy they got and how they engaged people to participate in the activities they provided. The security team is very efficient, we forgot my friend phone on the uber and they helped us to get it back. That was a vey smooth process and we could get the phone back without having to worry too much. They got a very good logistics and security team. The room was huge with a garden view, it has a mini bar, coffee machine, a nice bathroom and balcony. There are a few restaurants and also a buffet where they give options to everyone one.. from national to international cuisine, for all tastes. They have live music and events every night, where you can dance for a bit before going to bed. And lastly, you can sit at 5:30am in the beach to watch an amazing sunrise.

Great concierge service! Food was fantastic entertainment was great. privilege package was well worth it. Rooms were large! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

The bed was soooo comfortable. The pool was massive and really nice. Buffet food was superb. Sensie experience and food was exceptional. The staff was the best; very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Room service was good as well. Wide variety of restaurants and activities. Overall 10/10. Will definitely recommend to others.
