It was more quiet than other Resort in the area. It was easier to find beds around the swimming pools.

Huge resort with plenty of pools and easy access to an incredible beach. There was an abundance of loungers by the pool/beach. Evening entertainment was always excellent - a lot of effort went into this. Room was large, well-stocked and relatively clean/comfortable (although bedding/furniture could do with a refresh). Check-out was easy and we were allowed to keep our bands on / use the hotel facilities until we left the hotel.

Small paradise. Beach was amazingly beatiful. No issue to find a spot to lay and enjoy. Water in the sea was warm, light blue, trasparent, inviting us to swim. Rooms were clean, taken care of every day. Each evening there have been an entertiment which we could attend without leaving the hotel. Food was quite good, however seemed a bit heavy when staying 4 days.

Good hotel with ocean view, beautiful beach. Good food, restaurants maybe not so good but buffe was good. Everyday cleaning service, friendly staff.

I enjoyed the food, the show by the dance team. I am pleased with all the staff, the environment is lovely and comfortable. I don't speak Spanish, but I must say I feel most welcome at your hotel. I enjoy everything!!

Good looking and clean common areas . Bad ,bad, bad rooms, air conditioning not working properly, shower draining awful, housekeeping never entered the room in the last 3 days. Staff unpleasant, rude, refusing to basic communication in english, just constant looking for tips for nothing…. Disgusting bugs in the bathroom every night coming out from the drain hole of the shower, sometimes also in the room. Food is less than basic in quality although in a big quantity . The place is really beautiful, it’s a pity that it’s not managed in a proper way.
