We had a wonderful stay at the resort, The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, and the atmosphere was serene and beautifully kept. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding staff. A big thank you to the breakfast team Yotangel, Yaquelin, Jose, Anovelis, Yudi, Diana, and Yosuel for starting our mornings off right with great service and warm smiles, Special thanks to our housekeeper Eliana, who always greeted us with a smile and ensured our room was spotless and well-stocked. Joel and Benjamin, our beach servers, were incredibly friendly and attentive, always keeping our drinks refreshed. And a huge shoutout to my concierge, Evelyn Lopez, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free getaway.

The service was premium, everyone was super keen to ensure we had a great stay. Food was decent for an all-inclusive, the particular standout was the Miraflores Cevicheria - food, drinks, service and vibes were all fab. We ended up eating at Miraflores multiple times during our stay! The breakfast spread was so much more than we expected, there were also staff that made custom omelettes, crepes and chilaquiles. Room service was prompt, minibar contents were included in the all-inclusive price, and if anything needed fixing in the room, someone was sent asap. The bars also did not skimp on the drinks and made them strong! The VIP bar served more premium alcohols. After walking 3km up the beach, Live Aqua definitely had the best set up and chill vibes.

One of the most amazing vacations I've had. Everything was excellent, from check-in (the little treats at reception, the kindness of the staff), to receiving the magnificent and huge room. The meals are so rich, varied and delicious. Lunch at the ceviche restaurant, evenings at the concept restaurants (Japanese and French), and above all one of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had. The only criticism is about the free wine selection, not good wines at all (red or white)
