The staff! The staff are exceptional, we felt so well looked after. Considering the resort is big and was very busy, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were remembered by staff and made to feel special and like individuals which is always nice. The club members upgrade is definitely worth the money, it’s not very much and does really enhance your experience. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well, the beach area is beautiful and pools have plenty going on but aren’t over crowded. Massive shout out to Katherine (two palms grill), Carolyn, Stephany and Enoc, looked after us so well and made our stay special!
