This resort is beautifully laid out, with very nice pools and a stunning beach. The layout is very comfortable and convenient with easy access to the beach, pools and restaurants. There are plenty of sun loungers available and seating at the bars etc. The gym is excellent, we were very impressed with it and it was well managed. From what we can see there were excellent facilities for children and a good effort is made with evening entertainment / poolside activities etc. We had a wonderful stay but it’s worth keeping in mind this is not a ‘five star’ resort. There are a lot of staff so it seems well resourced yet it’s a very chaotic hotel. For example, it took over an hour to check in initially with no explanation for the wait. Other guests in the line got very angry about the needless wait, but it seemed to be the same every evening with long queues of new guests waiting at reception. It takes a long time to order drinks in the bars / restaurants, you usually have to ask many times and they often don’t arrive. On top of that, a lot of the staff are unfriendly. The food is mediocre and the drinks just aren’t good at all. The rooms are spacious and clean but basic and dated. There were repeated problems with the hot water in our room, when we contacted the front desk we usually got an indifferent response from staff, or were told someone would come and check but no one ever arrived. There were lots of different mix ups etc during our stay, it just seemed very disorganized. There was noisy construction outside the sea view room we paid extra for which on our final night went on during the night with no warning. At 1am we called reception about it and got an indifferent response, put on hold and then the line went dead, there was no mention of it at checkout. We really enjoyed our stay, it’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. With big improvements to customer service and the quality of the food / drinks, this resort could be excellent.

Big hotel, super friendly staff and very nice entertainment all the time. Restaurants were good, my favorite was the Mexican one (book them as soon as you can!). Enormous bed and shower were perfect! Don’t worry if not choosing premium because this is just fine as well!

By far one og the best stays I have had from the staff, accommodation, activities, and scenery 10/10. I brought my mom with me and we had a great time. I highly recommend this resort and would surely be going back to bring family and friends.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay there. A lot of parties, events, restaurants where reservations are needed. All in all, we were very satisfied with Impressive Punta Cana.

I liked the excellent food at either buffet and a la carte restaurants. Really good quality. The service and attitude of the staff. Two special mentions, one for Danis one of the barman at the beach bar and another for Wilmer at the reception, outstanding service and professionality by both. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff do a great job maintaining the property and surrounding grounds. The food at the main buffet is great, offering plenty of choices, though the selection remains the same each day. Nice cocktails, many options to choose from. I only didn’t give a 5-star rating for the room service because they didn’t vacuum the rooms, which is essential due to the sand on the floor. Otherwise, it becomes very slippery, so caution is needed
