We had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Their friendliness and attention to detail made a big difference — it really felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. The room was quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a full day of activities. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a huge plus, especially for keeping in touch and streaming during downtime. There were so many entertainment options available, from organized activities to relaxing amenities, so there was never a dull moment. Whether we wanted to stay active or simply unwind, there was always something to do.

Everything was great — the resort feels like a small city, with various restaurants beyond the main all-you-can-eat buffet. The staff were always polite and incredibly hardworking. There were plenty of daily activities to keep you entertained and never bored.

The pools were great, as well as the beach. Rooms are spacious and there's a lovely view of all the greenery around the facilities.

We upgraded to premium, but we just paid for a regular premium room, they gave us a beautiful villa with an amazing view of the sea. We enjoyed it a lot and the staff was amazing.
