The cabaña was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The sheets and towels were of high quality, and the heating system worked very well to keep us warm at night. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Ana Maria, who speaks fluent English, was a kind and generous host, full of advice about Punta Arenas, and even gave us some eggs, bread, cheese, milk, etc. for breakfast when we arrived late in the evening, tired after a day's sightseeing near Punta Arenas. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I highly recommend Villanita, a short drive or a 20-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. We didn't want to drive in the evenings, so when going out took an Uber or taxi, which was only about $3.00 USD. Next time I visit Punta Arenas, I will try to stay at Villanita again.

It felt like home 😊 good location in walking distance to the fabulous city. Superb host who was really helpful and spoke excellent English, the cabin was comfortable and warm and I would really recommend it
