Sitank “Warm host, relaxed and comfortable stay”

The host is a lovely warm woman, who's ready to assist you at every single step. We were able to check-in at 9 in the morning instead of the usual 14:00, we were even able to leave our bags at the hostel for one complete day even after the check-out. The owner provided with free drinking water, a comfortable bed warmer to keep us warm in the winter, and the room size was sufficiently big. This was by far the best stay we had during our entire trip in Chile. It was also really close to the beach, the viewing points (Mirador) and also to the downtown, the bus terminal, all the good restaurants and the city square, Plaza de Armas, are all within 10 minutes walk. And it's highly safe, I and wife highly recommend this lovely hostel. We had a private room with a private bathroom, 0 issues.

Great place to stay in Punta Arenas, clean, comfortable, very well located. The WiFi is great. The breakfast is very good. And the hosts are very nice and helpful.

It's a no frills, one night stay, transit accommodation. The staff was accommodating. Located next to the pier, it was ideal for boat trips to Magdalena island.
