Friendly and helpfull staff; the owner gave me useful advices how to reach the places of interest in and around Punta Arenas. One evening I was offered to take dinner when I was coming back late from a day trip and the kitchen was about to close. I could also take my breakfast away when I was leaving the hotel in the early morning. Good location in walking distance to the city center Nice and traditional interior design

Super cute and historical place, well curated and decorated. The staff was super nice and helpful. I think they understell themselves a bit on booking, it's way cuter than the pictures.

Hotel Stay Feedback During my stay, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. I only had breakfast on the last day since my excursion was very early in the morning. Upon check-in, the owner was present and kindly asked the staff to prepare a boxed breakfast for me for the following day, which I really appreciated. The breakfast I received was fine—typical of what you’d expect in Chile. Overall, I had a nice stay and appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the owner.
