The fine print
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and non-refundable rates.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The food was absolutely amazing, and good value for what you paid, so much so that we dined in more than we planned. The staff were incredibly friendly, the shower was super good and the room was very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel 😊

I lost my wallet with my PDI, all my credit cards and so on. Thanks to staff and especially to Patricio, he managed to reassure me and at the end thought his connection to find my wallet.
