Raúl and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. The room is clean, bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. Food was delicious. Raul helped to organise a tour for us which was good, although we would have preferred a tour of Uros itself rather than the lake. Overall, would 100% recommend spending a couple of nights here!

Everything was as described, we were met and taken to the island. The island is small, the family lives there. The room has beds with lots of blankets, tea is offered and most importantly - a large thermos with hot water. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were in sunny weather and the water in the shower was very hot. If it's cloudy, it might not heat up.

We wanted to spend our night on the lake, in a possibly authentic way. Raúl and his wife did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Although we had little time, we could get an insight into the life of the people living on the floating islands, Raúl showed us around in his boat. While it can get really cold on the lake, our beds were warm. Dinner and breakfast was very nice as well.
