To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Very comfortable, big room, with heaters, great bed, and just the view!! They organized tour just for us. The food is great too. Outside are lovely gazebos to enjoy the sun!!! The staff is perfect! The hotel to stay in Puno!

Very cute decoration, cosy atmosphere with an amazing view on the lac Titicaca and everyone was so nice ! We loved it! We recommend it.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade but the staff are wonderful. Perfect cocktails mixed at the bar and the food in the restaurant was pretty decent.

Our second stay had the same great views, and fun animals (alpaca and cuy) We tried dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was excellent quality. They had bonfires each night and fire places throughout the hotel to keep you warm.
