The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Puno and up a hill so that most rooms have a splendid view across the city and over Lake Titicaca. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have WiFi and a good TV. There is a good breakfast of fruits and eggs. The best feature of the hotel is that the owner and his wife are very helpful and want to make sure that every traveller enjoys their stay.

We arrived Puno very early in the morning, the hotel let us check in early by paying a reasonable fee which is very convenient for us as we travelled by overnight bus and desperately needed a room to rest and wash up. Staffs are very friendly and attentive.

Excellent breakfast and location! The hosts are super nice and always willing to help. A big plus -- there is an affordable laundry service :)

The location is about five minutes downhill from the main Puno plaza. It costs about 4 or 5 soles to get a tuktuk back up the hill to the hotel. There is a great view from the dining room of the lake. But the main positive is that the hosts, Antonio and Libby, and absolutely the best hosts that I have ever known at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Very good value for money.
