Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped me a arrange a day tour of the ruins near and around Puno including Amaru Muru. Very clean rooms, delicious and generous breakfast. Staff literally went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything great, the lady that was in charge was very nice and helped us a lot. Could keep our bags there during the day (while we went on a tour). The breakfast was very good. The beds were confortable and with warm bed linen! There was a heater in the room! Love it!

The host/staff were very kind, always available and willing to help and prepared a tasty breakfast, which they also adapted to our needs. The hotel itself was quiet, yet close to the city center. We had everything in our room we needed (incl. soap, shampoo, heater, etc.). We will remember this hotel and the host especially as one of the best of our trip to Peru.
