The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

The hotel was a traditional Peruvian Boutique hotel, well located on a quiet pedestrian square with nice restaurants within short walking distance. The square was beautiful with lots of activity during the day. There was a short walk to the hotel depending on what access your cab came from. Tour operators or taxi operators would come and meet you in the reception. I had a room with a Juliette Balcony overlooking the square. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of hot and cold food provided. I found the rooms clean and comfortable but are not looking for luxury class just good value for money and this certainly met the criteria. Would stay again in a balcony room.

A very stylish and classy hotel. I booked a twin room at very short notice and felt like I got a super-bargain. Warm greeting, helpful, friendly staff. Hot water for the shower, very clean. With a small balcony over the Plaza de Armas. It was such a pity that our itinerary permitted only one night, transit town, before crossing the border the following day. Best hotel, and certainly for the promotion price, since we arrived in Lima over a week ago.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and nice facilities. Good location and nice to have a heater in the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast buffet.
